What about taking one or two napkins from home so you can pick up 2 pieces of rubbish to throw away on the way to work or college ( the tissues are so you do not get your hands dirty ) ? Can you manage a second and one or two additional calories of energy to grin at someone, hold the door for someone, or give someone a compliment? What about a tip and a'Thank you' for a service person? We may not be in a position to donate millions, but in these times it is more significant than ever to put the emphasis back on giving.
